This package can interact with Telegram users via a Web based chat.

It implements a module of the PHP Telegram application that can provide a Web based interface to allow a given Telegram user to chat with other Telegram users.

The package provides a controller based on the CodeIgniter framework that can handle the actions of starting the chat with a given user, sending and receiving messages using the Telegram API.
